Meet Kelsey Kalish:
Adam Block Campus Coordinator
Hi! My name is Kelsey Kalish and I’m a junior at SUNY Plattsburgh. I spontaneously applied to be a campus coordinator in October of my sophomore year at Plattsburgh. I wanted to take on a job that not only helped me pay for my college lifestyle, but also allowed me to work with people my age and to be creative.
I’ve been with Adam Block Design as a campus coordinator for almost a year now! I can honestly say that this job has been the best experience I’ve had throughout my two years at college. It’s allowed me to meet people I never thought I would talk to on campus before and has given me more experience than most jobs I’ve worked at.
The experience you get out of being a campus coordinator really depends on how much effort you put into it. You need to push yourself in this position to really be successful. For me, the most rewarding part of being a CC is seeing the clothing/designs you worked so hard to create in person and seeing how happy they make your customers. There is nothing more rewarding then being able to do something you love, and make people happy and satisfied by doing it.
If you are interested in becoming a campus coordinator I highly suggest you go for it and you give it your all. You will meet so many new people, develop a close relationship with your Sales Manager (hopefully), and learn how to be a self sufficient business-person. What more could you ask for out of a job!
Kelsey has been a Campus Coordinator with Adam Block since October 2016, was recently brought on as our teams sales intern. Her sales manager, Elizabeth, describers her as energetic, driven and genuine. Interested in becoming a Campus Coordinator? Apply today!
